Jeff & Mandy Get [Engaged]!

I met Jeff and Mandy in the early part of this year... as their wedding day unfolded before my eyes I was secretly praying for they would sign on the spot... and my prayers were answered. 

Jeff and Mandy have a semi long distance relationship.  Jeff flies back and forth from Charlotte to Pittsburgh for his job, while Mandy stays in Pittsburgh planning and working... so you can only imagine the difficulty we had in finding a time that worked for their [Engaged] session! 

When I was going through picking out my favorites (and absolute favorites) from their session I just couldn't stop I was like... oh, I like this one, and this one, and this one.... and THIS ONE!  So... here we go... enjoy!

Chris & Christine Get [Engaged]!

Christine called me from Oklahoma... that's right, Oooooklahoma (where the wind comes sweepin' down the plain...).  After telling me about the gorgeous wedding day they had planned in Charlotte, and that they had fallen on hard times I not only agreed to shoot their wedding... but a quick little mini e-sesh as well.  Here's a great look at the fun we had that morning.  Look for their wedding day coming soon!

Brandon & Lee Get [Married]! (Part 2)

So... this is going to be a long post.  If you thought Brandon & Lee's ceremony was amazing, check out their reception!  With a sorority/fraternity reception, this was just one big party.  Everything was eventful from the cake cutting to the bouquet toss to the serenades.  I hope you enjoy these as much as I did... this wedding was truly epic.  And I'm sad to the point where I'm sad it's over, and Lee and I have to find more excuses to get together.

So Lee and Brandon had a caricaturist... and the line was half a mile long the whole night.

One of the things I love most about Lee is her expressions... she just can't hide anything...

And there was a slight battle for the bouquet... and I wouldn't dare take on 30 sorority sisters, but Steph's sister just couldn't resist...

Brandon & Lee Get [Married]! (Part 1)

Lee and Brandon met at Western Carolina University.  She was an Alpha Gamma Delta he was a Phi Mu Alpha.  Through the language of the Greek's they began their love affair, and I'm guessing the day after Brandon proposed (possibly before) Lee was already planning her dream wedding.  I had never met Lee, but my friend Steph is an Alpha Gam... and through the bonds of sisterhood, Lee hired me sight unseen until their engagement session at The Biltmore (check it out here).  We all immediately hit it off, and from there it was just a long wait until the next Spring.
